Q:  What is the best way to contact to make a reservation?
A:  The fastest way to make a reservation is to use the Contact Us form.  You are always welcomed to call but the details required are the same.

Q: Where is the property located?
A:  It’s located in a residential community within West Los Angeles — Beverlywood zip code.

Q:  Do you accommodate pets?
A:  Yes.

Q:  What is the rate to stay at your cottage?
A:  Rates are dependent on the period of time visiting. Check the reservations link for a general idea.

Q:  My friend/colleague/neighbor visited and received a ‘preferred rate’. How do I obtain a preferred rate?
A:  When guests are exceptional visitors, we actually provide them with a preferred rate so when they return, they are treated with our ‘family’ discount. They treated our property with the care we desire and therefore are always eager to do our best to accommodate them in the future should they wish to visit again. Those guests not only get a preferred/family rate but they also get preferential booking over other inquiries.  I’m sorry but this rate is only granted once a guest has stayed at least for one visit and is not available for new guests.

Q:  Does check-in require identification?
A:  Yes, all guests must provide a state identification with a photograph.  This can be a passport, government issued ID card or a state drivers license. This is for the protection of the guest and the property so we are able to verify and accommodate the correct guest upon checking in.

Q:  What if I don’t have an identification with a photograph?
A:  Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate any guest until that detail can be provided upon checking in.

Q:  If my plans change and I need to leave sooner can I obtain a refund?
A:  Refunds are only granted with a 30 day notice of cancellation.  If  you cancel, modify or do not show up, the entire reservation  will be charged.

Q:  If I need to leave early can I allow a friend to stay as my guest?

A:  No, absolutely not. There are no unauthorized guests to reside on the property.

Q: Can I host a social event, party or gathering at the cottage?
A:  No.  The cottage is not used for any social events, gatherings or other types of events. It’s a private residence.

Q: I infrequently smoke marijuana, is that an issue?
A:  It is a definitely a problem and not acceptable on the property or within any of the cottages. No smoking on the premises at all of anything.  Doing so immediately cancels all guest agreements and all guests will be asked to immediately vacate and no refund or consideration of a refund provided.

Q: Is a deposit required?

A:  There is a human deposit required in the amount of $250.00 that is fully refundable if the property is returned in the same manner in which it is received.  This includes a $100.00 non-refundable cleaning fee in the event the cottage is not clean upon leaving.
